Adrienne Begbie is Managing Director at Prospa New Zealand. An experienced financial services industry leader, Adrienne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at Prospa and was instrumental in establishing the company’s presence in New Zealand in 2019. She is responsible for leading the Prospa New Zealand team, driving all local business operations, and building a strong network of loyal and engaged partners.

Adrienne has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including nine years at Resimac. A strong leader and experienced General Manager, Adrienne has a demonstrated track record and expertise in small business banking, sales management, insurance, and loans.

Adrienne is a passionate advocate for Kiwi small businesses and is committed unleashing the potential of every small business in New Zealand.

Huia Manuel

Huia is focused on building partnerships with advisers in Auckland and the wider North Island. She has more than fourteen years’ experience in the financial sector in New Zealand and Australia.

Fletcher Thorburn

Fletcher joins Prospa as a Business Development Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in property and sales across New Zealand and the UK. Having worked closely with customers in dynamic, relationship‑driven settings, including large‑scale property development and real estate, Fletcher understands the challenges and opportunities small businesses face. His focus is on building genuine partnerships and empowering business owners to take confident steps forward.

Ryan Dennehy‑Beals

Ryan brings over ten years of business development and account management expertise across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, with recent experience at Upstock. His proven ability in solutions‑based selling across tech and digital platforms has helped businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to larger enterprises, achieve their goals. Ryan’s consultative, customer‑first approach consistently delivers results, supporting business owners as they grow and adapt.
